Return Policy
For Customers in the European Union
We comply with the EU 14-day cooling-off period.
You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return for any reason, provided the product is:

Unused and unopened.

With all original tags and packaging.

Accompanied by proof of purchase.
To start a return, please contact us at support@trendingcosmos.com before sending anything back. Items sent to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, except in the case of defective or damaged products.
For Customers Outside the European Union
Returns are accepted only if the product is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item.
In those cases, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at support@trendingcosmos.com so we can evaluate the issue and arrange a solution.
If the return is approved, we’ll provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package.
If the item is not defective, damaged or incorrect, purchases made by customers outside the EU are considered final and cannot be returned or refunded.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable or custom products (special orders or personalized items). We also do not accept returns for jewelry goods. Sale items and gift cards cannot be returned.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund is approved.
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method (excluding original shipping costs) within 10 business days. Please note it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
